We also collect, use, and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.

Google API Limited Use Disclosure

Leobrain’s use of Google user data strictly adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We affirm that our use of Google user data complies with the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We access Google user data—such as calendar information—only to enable users to schedule, manage, and update interview events through the Leobrain platform
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, analytics, or AI/ML model training.
• We do not transfer or share user data with third parties, except as necessary to provide the core functionality of our service and as permitted under applicable law.
• Our app implements strict access, use, storage, and sharing practices that are fully aligned with Google’s Limited Use policies.

Zoom API Limited Use Disclosure

Our platform integrates with Zoom to allow users to schedule and manage interviews via Zoom meetings. This functionality requires access to certain Zoom APIs with the following scopes:

• meeting:read:admin
• meeting:write:admin
• meeting:update:admin
• meeting:delete:admin

We access Zoom data only to:

• Create, update, delete, and retrieve Zoom meetings for scheduled interviews.

Connecting Your Zoom Account

• Navigate to the Apps section in your dashboard.
• Locate the Zoom Meet integration card.
• Click “Connect”.
• Authorize the app on Zoom’s OAuth consent screen
• Once connected, Zoom Meet will show a “Disconnect” button.

Removing Zoom Access

• Go to the Apps section.
• Click “Disconnect” on the Zoom Meet integration.
• This revokes your Zoom token and removes any stored Zoom data within 24 hours.
