Zoom Integrations

1. Adding the App (Required)

Step-by-step instructions:

  • Log in to your Leobrain dashboard.
  • Go to Apps > Zoom Meet.
  • Click Connect Zoom Account.
  • You’ll be redirected to the Zoom OAuth consent screen.
  • Grant the required permissions.
  • Once approved, you will return to Leobrain, and the Zoom integration status will show Connected.

Troubleshooting Tips:

  • Make sure your Zoom account has the necessary admin privileges.
  • If authorization fails, try logging out and logging back into Zoom before retrying.

2. Using the App (Required)

Use Case: Schedule Interviews via Zoom

  • Navigate to the Interviews section in Leobrain.
  • Select a candidate and click Schedule Interview.
  • Choose Zoom as your meeting platform..
  • Select a date and time, and click Save.
  • The Zoom meeting will be automatically created.

  • Create Zoom meetings
  • Reschedule interviews
  • Cancel Zoom meetings directly from Leobrain

Prerequisites:

  • A Zoom account with the appropriate permissions (meeting:write, etc.)
  • Zoom app must be connected under Apps > Zoom Meet

3. Removing the App (Required)

To disconnect the Zoom app from Leobrain:

  • Go to Apps > Zoom Meet
  • Click Disconnect

Implications of De-Authorization:

  • You will no longer be able to schedule or manage Zoom interviews
