Zoom Integrations
1. Adding the App (Required)
Step-by-step instructions:
- Log in to your Leobrain dashboard.
- Go to Apps > Zoom Meet.
- Click Connect Zoom Account.
- You’ll be redirected to the Zoom OAuth consent screen.
- Grant the required permissions.
- Once approved, you will return to Leobrain, and the Zoom integration status will show Connected.
Troubleshooting Tips:
- Make sure your Zoom account has the necessary admin privileges.
- If authorization fails, try logging out and logging back into Zoom before retrying.
2. Using the App (Required)
Use Case: Schedule Interviews via Zoom
- Navigate to the Interviews section in Leobrain.
- Select a candidate and click Schedule Interview.
- Choose Zoom as your meeting platform..
- Select a date and time, and click Save.
- The Zoom meeting will be automatically created.

- Cancel Zoom meetings directly from Leobrain
Prerequisites:
- A Zoom account with the appropriate permissions (meeting:write, etc.)
- Zoom app must be connected under Apps > Zoom Meet
3. Removing the App (Required)
To disconnect the Zoom app from Leobrain:
- Go to Apps > Zoom Meet
- Click Disconnect
Implications of De-Authorization:
- You will no longer be able to schedule or manage Zoom interviews
